Wild Pheasant Pâté with Calvados


A smooth, sumptuous pâté, expertly handmade using wild pheasant breast and organic chicken liver, balanced with rustic apple brandy, herbs and spices. Ideal with crackers on a cheeseboard, beside a salad, or even filling the king of gamey sandwiches.

Keep in fridge at 0-5°c. Once open, consume within 2 days and ‘use by’ date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Can be frozen at -18°c for 2 months on day of purchase, once defrosted use within 1 day.

Remove sleeve, cut open sealed container with knife, cover with cling film when not in use.
