Pheasant Port & Pistachio Pâté


We’ve been asked many times over the years to do a Pâté with Pistachio Nuts so finally we dug in and came up with this wonderful bit of alliteration to inspire what is in fact a delight to the taste buds. A delicately gamey Pâté that surprises the taste buds with the sweet crunch of the Pistachio Nuts.

Although our food is produced in a factory which handles celery, egg, fish, gluten, milk, mustard, nuts, sesame seeds, soybeans and sulphur dioxide, we take every care to avoid putting ingredients where they don’t belong.
