Pheasant Port & Pistachio Pâté

Rufus has nagged us for years to do a Pâté with Pistachio Nuts so finally we took him seriously and came up with this wonderful bit of alliteration to inspire what is in fact a delight to the taste buds. A delicately gamey Pâté that surprises the taste buds with the sweet crunch of the Pistachio Nuts. We won’t talk about some of his other suggestions!
