The Cenarth Perl Wen is a unique cross between a traditional Brie and a Caerffili. Caws Cenarth use their farmhouse Caerffili recipe as a starting point for Perl Wen which gives its soft centre a fresh citrus flavour with a hint of sea salt.

On a cheeseboard place it next to our stunning Duck pate with a firm texture and smoothness studded with mature fruit chunks, liqueur enriched, giving a distinctive sweet-savoury mild meat finish.

The taste is embellished with apricot and elevated with apricot brandy, to make this Pâté a truly divine flavour sensation.
