This was the second recipe we ever made and is probably our second most popular too. The orange zest and cointreau wafts a liquor pungency that sweetens the richness of the herby livers delivering a clean zesty lingering finish. A perfect starter to a new world, pacific-rim style meal.

Ingredients : Chicken Livers (58%), Fresh Onions, Margarine non-hydrogenated [vegetable oils,*palm oil and *palm kernel oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt, emulsifier – polyglycerol esters of fatty acids], Orange Juice & Rind (3%), Cointreau (0.9%) Fresh Garlic, Mixed Herbs (Parsley, Marjoram, Thyme), Freshly Ground Black Pepper, Sea Salt. *RSPO approved

Although our food is produced in a factory which handles celery, egg, fish, gluten, milk, mustard, nuts, sesame seeds, soybeans and sulphur dioxide, we take every care to avoid putting ingredients where they don’t belong.
